This unique villa is located in Rogoznica, a popular tourist destination between Primošten and Trogir. The house is an interesting architecture, divided into several half-floors, which are interconnected by internal stairs, except the last separated floor. From all sides of the house you can go out to a wonderful Mediterranean garden with swimming pool, a beautiful covered terrace and barbecue. Rogoznica's beaches are nicely decorated, suitable for children, and famous for its crystal clear sea. Nearby are the famous marina and restaurant Frapa, and Zmajevo around - a small lake, a unique karst phenomenon worth visiting. Apart from the already mentioned cities, there are Split and Sibenik, cities of rich cultural and historical heritage, where numerous events, festivals and concerts are held.
