The apartment is located in a quiet location in the town of Sibenik, very close to the monument and home of Drazen Petrovic (famous as basketball Mozzart) and is on the rental market from this year. Recently built and modernly equipped with completely new furniture. The combination of a rustic and modern compound inside the apartment will make your stay even more relaxing. The apartment is located just off the main road where you can easily reach public transport and take where you want if you need it. On the other hand you have 10-15 min flat walking to the old part of the city, near which is the city beach. 9 min drive to the beach Solaris (big sand beach, aquapark and other contents), Brodarica beach with more than 100 parking places and others. Grocery shop is 2 minutes walk away, as well as a pharmacy. Parking is not fixed but is free of charge and is located on the street. Fortress St. Michael is 2 km, Barone fortress 1.9 km, Walking Trail in St. Anthony's Channel which is under Unesco protection is 7 km. 15 min by drive to the main entrance of National Park Krka.
