The property is completely fenced with a landscaped yard with a green lawn. In the central part of the property, there is a swimming pool with deckchairs, an outdoor shower, a summer kitchen (which is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, ice maker, a bar for eating, cooking...), a Dalmatian grill, a set for dining, relaxing and a toilet. It is in this part of the property that you will enjoy socializing. Indulge in the most beautiful moments spending time with your family and friends while your children play carefree in the yard and swim in the pool. On the first floor, there is a large living room with a dining room and a kitchen with a view of the pool and garden, a bedroom with a large bed, and a bathroom. in the attic, there are three nicely decorated rooms, two of which have access to a balcony and a bathroom. The house is air-conditioned, equipped with TV and Internet, and has its own private terrace with a deck chair where you can enjoy a peaceful awakening, beautiful sunrise or sunset, drinking hot coffee or a long refreshing drink.
