Park with ease - we offer private parking for three vehicles inside and an additional space outside. Inside, the villa's 230 sqm living space is spread over two fully air-conditioned floors. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room, along with a bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs, three more bedrooms await, each with its own bathroom and balcony boasting stunning countryside views and poolside scenes.. For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 10% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 90% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 16:00 pm.

Pets are welcome and are charged extra 10 €/night.
The security deposit (deposit in case of material damage) is 250 €
