Beautiful stone Villa Lavanda modernly equipped, located on the island of Ugljan in a secluded area surrounded by beautiful nature and olive trees offering relaxation in peace and privacy of an isolated location. The island of Ugljan is an integral part of the Zadar archipelago and also the closest island to the city of Zadar, from which it is only a few kilometers away. The undulating plateau that fills the interior of the island has tens of kilometers of hiking and biking trails, and its colors, scents and panorama leave every passer-by an unforgettable picture. On the first floor of Villa Lavanda there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor has a beautiful vintage kitchen with dining area, living room, bedroom, two bathrooms and a relaxation room with sauna. Two bedrooms have a spacious double bed and the other two have two single beds each for one person. The sofa can be used as an extra bed and a bed for small children is also awailable in the bedroom. One bathroom has a shower, and two bathrooms have an open shower area separated from the rest of the bathroom by a glass wall, the remaining bathroom has a spa bath. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, and meals can be served in the outdoor or indoor dining room with 12 seats. You can also show off your own culinary skills in the outdoor charcoal grill. In the yard there is a beautiful pool covered with ceramic mosaic, it has the possibility of heating or cooling. Around the pool there are 6 deck chairs and one swing where you can relax. A variety of exercise equipment and bicycles are available for sports enthusiasts. Villa Lavanda is a little Dalmatian paradise! On the island of Ugljan, you will surely find a corner for yourself where you will indulge in the charms of the Mediterranean. The island of Ugljan, in addition to being ideal for swimming, sunbathing and gastronomic pleasures, also offers numerous opportunities for active holidays (diving, hiking, recreational running and walking and cycling). Don't forget to visit the beautiful city of Zadar with many historical sights, surrounding islands such as Pašman, and national parks eg. (Kornati) and nature parks eg. (Telašćica on Dugi Otok)
