Villa Tea is a detached, modernly built house situated in a little village of Rožac near the town of Umag. The beautiful newly built Villa Tea is located in the quiet town of Rožac near Umag. Guests have at their disposal two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. The house is equipped with two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower cabin. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a table and chairs for dining. In the private garden, guests can enjoy the BBQ area, and children have a trampoline at their disposal. Terrace, washing machine, SAT TV, free Wifi and free parking is also available to the guests. Due to the location (the house is located in a residential area), parties are prohibited and it is more suitable for families.
