The house is located 10 m from the sea with a sea view. Located in a bay with a sandy and concrete beach, surrounded by pristine, idyllic nature. The water is rainwater from a rainwater tank, installed in the house, the principle of heating water with the help of an external boiler (water should be treated sparingly). The possibility of organizing a change of bed linen and cleaning of the space by the owner once a week. Possibility to buy fresh fish in the fishing village. The possibility of renting a boat and using the moorings for the boat on the buoy in front of the house. Car parking provided in Murter. Transportation is by boat from Murter for, extra charged.
