Property description
In a quiet part of the city center, on the edge of the pedestrian zone, completely modern newly renovated 5 luxury rooms, each with its own bathroom (hair dryer, bathroom accessories - type hotel room) on the 1st floor. It is possible to enter the rooms indentpendently with the help of smart locks. Rooms are fully air conditioned, equiped with smart-TV, mini-bar, safe, superfast pfree internet/Wi-Fi, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, decorated and equipped to provide you with maximum comfort during your stay. The beds measure 2,05 x 1,8 meters. ( Rooms are without kitchens ). The landlord pays special attention to the hygiene and cleanliness of the rooms. Distance from the waterfront 400 meters and from Diocletian's Palace and the Catedral of St.Duje 350 meters. The waterfront is the main promenade and place for relaxatio in Split, with many cafes, pubs, taverns, clubs and restaurants, as well ascmany cultural events, all in the pedestrian zone. Distance to the famous main city beach Bačvice is 1000 meters. Luxury rooms MARIOTY are close to all important facilities, and in a quiet and paceful street without crowds and noise on the edge of the pedestrian zone. A few minutes walk from the ferry port, train, main bus station and a 10-12 minute easy walk to the ULTRA EUROPE MUSIC FESTIVL stadion. A deposit in case of demage to the accommodation facility in the amount €200 must be paid upon arrival. This deposit is charged in chas. The deposit will be refunded to you upon check-out and after the inspection of the accommodation facility without any demage.

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 15:00 pm.

Soba je vrhunsko zasnovana, ima vse, kar potrebujete, ogromno zakonsko posteljo, ki je zelo, zelo udobna, pametno TV, aparat za espresso kavo, hiter Wi-Fi, lepo kupalnico z toaletnim priborom, sušilec za lase. Soba se nahaja v mirni in varni ulici brez hrupa, le nekaj minut hoje od centra starega mestnega jedra, Dioklecijanove palače, glavne obalne promenade, restavracij in drugih zabavnih vsebin. Ko bom spet prišel v Split, bom ostal tukaj.

Odličan prvomajski praznik u Splitu. Smeštaj je bio kao u hotelskoj sobi, krevet velik i dobar, veliki TV, mašina za kafu, sef za dokumente i dragocjenosti, velika kupaonica. Sve maksimalno čisto. Do centra starog grada 3-4 minuta šetnje.

Izvrstan smještaj
Odlična lokacija u centru grada a u mirnoj i tihoj ulici bez buke, 2-3 minuta šetnje do Dioklecijanove palače. Prijevoz nije potreban, sve što je važno je na pješačkoj udaljenosti. Soba je nova, moderno uređena i vrhunski opremljena, krevet veliki i vrlo udoban. Brzi Wi-Fi odličan. Kupaonica je vrlo lijepa sa velikim prostorom tuša. Kad opet dođem u Split smjestiti ću se ovdje.

Great accommodation
The room is very clean, beautifully designed, new and it has everything you need! Iron, espresso machine, fridge, TV with Netflix, hair-dryer, ….. The host is so nice, he is always available and is very caring. The location is perfect too as it is close to the center of the old town, 2-3 minutes walk. I really recommend this accommodation !

Soba je nova, zelo čista, moderno urejena, izgleda kot na slikah, ima svojo kopalnico, ima vse kar potrebujete. No te dejes enganar por el entorno. La habitacion es 5 estrellas, esta muy bien decorada, es acogedora y esta muy limpia. Todo es nuevo, la cama es comoda, calefaccion (A/C) funciona perfectamente, la TV es grande, buen WiFi, y tiene cafetera nespresso, minibar. Excelente ubicacion en el centro, en una calle tranquila ya 4-5 minutos a pie del puerto de ferry y del casco antiguo con muchos restaurantes, cafeterias, clubes de entretenimiento. En resumen, muy recomendable.

Idealno, preporučujem
Oduševljena prekrasno dizajnerski-moderno uređenom sobom s vlastitim kupatilom, upravo kako je prikazano na slikama. Kao hotelska soba više kategorije. Sve čisto i uredno. Opremljeno dobrom internet WiFi vezom, smart TV, caffe aparatom, sefom, mini hladnjakom, glačalom, velikim i manjim ručnicima, sušilom za kosu, šamponom …. Smještaj se nalazi nekoliko minuta lagane šetnje do starog grada (pješačka zona), Rive, Dioklecijanove palaće, raznih kulturno-povijesnih znamenitosti, restorana, kafića, barova, klubova…, a u mirnoj i tihoj ulici bez buke gdje se nakon noćnog izlaska može dobro odmoriti. Ako opet dođem u Split smjestiti ću se ovdje.

Fantastische kamer
Fantastische kamer. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn kingsize bed, goede badkamer! De kamer bied ook voldoende opbergruimte voor kleding als je langer verblijft. Rustige locatie maar zit opeen ideale plek. Je loopt binnen enkele minuten naar de stad en ook het zandstrand is erg dichtbij. Gratis parkeren in de buurt kan lastig zijn, maar wij hadden iedere keer geluk met een parkeerplaats dichtbij. Vanuit deze locatie kun je eventueel met de auto nog naar andere stranden of het winkelcentrum, allemaal zo’n 5 minuten rijden.

Good Holiday
Very nice clean modern room. More like hotel room, big shower, smart TV, coffe maschine a fridge and balcony and had perfect location (only two minute walk to the town center). The bathroom was really nice and beautifully done. Our stay in Split was made perfect by our stay at this room.
