Brijuni are also known for a safari park where, among other things, you can see exotic animals such as giraffes, elephants, and zebras. Brijuni are also known because they were the summer residence of former Yugoslav president Joseph Broz Tito, who hosted numerous guests in Brijuni, including Queen Elizabeth II, Elizabeth Taylor, and Indira Gandhi.
