In May 2017, a 17-meter-high statue of Our Lady of Loreto was inaugurated at the top of a 170-meter-high hill Gaj (Kremik), where the Lady is watching and preserving Primošten. In addition to the statue of Our Lady, there is a gorgeous panoramic view of one of the most picturesque places in Dalmatia - Primošten, Sibenik, Rogoznica, Kornati, the entire Šibenik archipelago and the open sea. There are not too many people here, and the whole bay with several other beaches is surrounded by dense pine trees. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the peace and the clean Adriatic Sea. Here you can always find your private place between the rocks or in the shade of pine trees.
Beach bar Bau Bar
Bau Bar is a small and cozy bar on the beach, about 300 meters from Raduča Velika beach in the direction of the Adriatic camp. The location of this place is ideal for relaxation because there is a beautiful little beach and bay in front of the bar, and in this part of Primošten there are no big crowds. It is a 15-minute walk through beautiful stone walkway leading right next to the sea and through the thick pine forest that provides shade during the hot summer days. The most popular drinks here are, of course, ice-cold cocktails and cold beers, perfect refreshment during the summer heat.
