Luxury Villa Mala was built in late 2020. It is made of environmentally friendly materials. To get the atmosphere of an old Dalmatian house. In the construction of the roof of the house, over 100 years old oak material was built in, which was removed from the old Slavonian houses. The house is clad in stone on the outside, which gives the house a unique look. The combination of modern and antique gives a special atmosphere. Luxury Villa Mala is located in a quiet location just 300 meters from the sea in the small fishing village of Privlaka. Clean air and healing black mud make this location attractive to people with health problems such as asthma, rheumatism, arthritis, etc. Even in the hottest summers, a light wind alleviates high temperatures, reduces heat, which benefits children and the elderly. 18 km away from Zadar and 31 km from Zadar airport. Villa with auxiliary building spreads over 150m2 on a plot of 1200 m2. Within the Villa, there is a pool 4x8m, outdoor gym, sauna, barbecue with an outdoor terrace. Bicycles are available for guests to use. View of Velebit from which clean mountain air comes. This villa includes 3 bedrooms, each with a flat-screen satellite TV, an equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and 3 bathrooms. Welcome!

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
